The College’s academic programs are approved by the New Hampshire State Approving Agency for the education and training of eligible military personnel, veterans, and their dependents under the G.I. Bill®. Students receiving military education benefits from the VA are charged the *in-state tuition rate.
*A veteran, as defined under RSA 21:50, I, or a covered individual, as defined under chapter 30, 31, 33 or 35 of Title 38 or chapter 1606 of Title 10 of the United States Code using educational assistance benefits provided under federal law, shall be charged in-state tuition while living in New Hampshire and enrolled in any institution of the community College System of New Hampshire. *
*A spouse or child using educational assistance benefits provided pursuant to Chapter 30, 31, 33 or 35 of Title 38 or Chapter 1606 of Title 10 of the United States Code shall be charged in-state tuition while living in New Hampshire and enrolled in any institution of the Community College System of New Hampshire.
Students using military education benefits are responsible for submitting a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility to the Registrar’s Office. Each semester they are registered, they are responsible for submitting the Veteran Education Benefits Enrollment form. Students receiving VA education benefits may pay tuition and comprehensive student services fees; their military education benefits may not cover all their tuition and fees. We recommend students also apply for financial aid to assist with any balance their military education benefits do not cover.
